It was explained housekeeping service would need to be requested daily if service was wanted. When I made my reservation I was informed that the Spa and Gym were closed, in room dining was not available and valet parking was not available. She definitely lacked customer service skills which cost her greatly in tips both coming and going. We would recommend David's for your private event. We went downstairs to the casino and when we returned a little red bag was hanging from our door handle with our requested items. We requested the extra coffee pods, sugar and creamer sets. Letting us know that if we needed anything we could just respond to the text. We received a text message welcoming us to Live!. It was nice that they provided two water bottles in the room. We had to request sugar and creamer packs since there weren't any left with the coffee pods.

Our room was clean and spacious with a single serve Keurig coffee machine and refrigerator. And said if we needed anything not to hesitate to call down to her. She asked if we preferred a room near the elevator or not. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

She then came over and took our name and car keys. My husband walked over to her to ask her to help valet park our car. Let me start with the young lady that was the valet.
